Condominium
The residents’ association is the cardinal entity for the proper management of the common areas of a building. This gives rise to rights and obligations between the co-owners, which can cause disagreements. Among the services we offer are the following:
- Advice to the Community of Owners on challenges to agreements.
- Claims for participation quotas.
- Advice on constructions that alter common or private elements, but of common use of the property, such as garages, terrace enclosures and attics.
- Legal representation in proceedings arising out of the relationship between the tenant and the landlord.
- Advice and defence against defaulting landlords.
