{"id":511,"date":"2023-11-21T11:33:48","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T11:33:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/m5legal.com\/?p=511"},"modified":"2023-11-21T12:11:47","modified_gmt":"2023-11-21T12:11:47","slug":"digital-nomads-international-teleworkers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/m5legal.com\/en\/digital-nomads-international-teleworkers\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Nomads (International Teleworkers)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Non-EU foreign nationals may apply for residence for international teleworking<br>in order to carry out a remote work or professional activity for companies located<br>outside the national territory, through the exclusive use of computer, telematic and<br>telecommunication means and systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uf0b7 Accreditation of being graduates or postgraduates from universities of<br>recognized prestige, professional training and business schools of<br>recognized prestige or with a minimum of three years&#8217; professional<br>experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Existence of real and continuous activity on the part of the company with<br>which the applicant contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Documentation accrediting that the work or professional relationship can<br>be carried out remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Proof that the employment or professional relationship between the<br>applicant and the worker has existed for at least three months, as well<br>as documents accrediting the terms and conditions of the remote<br>activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TYPES OF PERMITS AND DURATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uf0b7 Visa: when the applicant is outside Spain, he\/she will obtain a permit to<br>reside and work throughout the national territory, if he\/she so wishes.<br>The duration of the permit is 1 year, unless the period of work is shorter,<br>in which case the visa will have the same duration. After the year has<br>elapsed, a residence permit must be applied for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Residence authorization: when the applicant is legally in Spain, he\/she<br>will obtain a 3-year permit to reside and work throughout the national<br>territory, if he\/she so wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHERE TO APPLY FOR RESIDENCE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uf0b7 Visa: At Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts.
