These offences are those which, due to their seriousness and the financial damage they cause, give rise to criminal liability, apart from the civil liability derived from the offence. They are regulated by articles 234-304 of the Penal Code. We have lawyers specialising in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Punishable insolvency.
